• Serve as the initial point of contact for both international and domestic patients.
• Securely collect and manage patient medical records and reports.
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments, diagnostic tests, and necessary procedures.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for both international and domestic clinics/Hospitals.
• Coordinate medical requirements with hospitals and clinics before schedule a patient treatment and after the treatment.
• Ensure translation of medical records and facilitate communication when necessary.
• Draft, review, and dispatch correspondence, treatment quotations, and cost estimates.
• Prepare comprehensive treatment itineraries that combine healthcare services with travel arrangements.
• Assist with visa documentation, insurance claims, and necessary approvals.
• Manage databases containing information about hospitals, doctors, and partner healthcare facilities.
• Assist in organizing patient travel plans, including airport transfers and hotel bookings.
• Arrange local logistics such as transportation, interpreter services, and tours when applicable.
• Support all non-medical needs of patients and their companions during their stay.
- A diploma or degree in nursing from a recognized institution
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting.
- Proficiency in handling patient records, scheduling and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
