We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary
to support the company
Chairperson (Female Entrepreneur)
. This critical role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and discretion to manage day-to-day operations, schedules, and confidential tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate household-related matters and liaise with personal staff as required, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Manage and coordinate all personal appointments and commitments for the Chairperson (e.g., medical, social, family-related), ensuring seamless integration with professional schedules.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to the Chairperson's engagements.
- Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a calendar of activities.
- Managing communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as directed.
- Making domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, accommodation, Visa application, and transportation.
- Assisting during travel, itinerary management, and on-the-go coordination.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for the Chairperson's office.
- Taking on any additional responsibilities that may arise from time to time.
- Handle all sensitive and confidential information (both professional and personal) with the utmost confidentiality, integrity, and discretion at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary supporting C-Suite Executives or senior leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management software, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules and urgent priorities.
