Role Description

This is an internship role for AL-BIHAR HOLIDAYS located in Muscat. The intern will be responsible for assisting with various tasks and projects related to the services provided by AL-BIHAR HOLIDAYS. Day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to conducting research, administrative tasks, helping organize events and trips, updating databases, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • Pursuing or holds a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field is preferred
