Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat, Oman. The Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of residential and commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, supervising construction activities, reviewing architectural and structural drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves liaising with clients, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining detailed progress and quality reports to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related construction field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in site supervision and project execution.
  • Prior GCC experience (mandatory).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Key Skills

  • Strong ability in client communication and stakeholder coordination.
