Role Description

We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role blends hands-on content creation with strategic support for our marketing and sales initiatives. You'll be involved in everything from designing eye-catching visuals to capturing powerful moments at events and helping us bring in leads.

What You'll Do


• Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media content, and digital campaigns.


• Capture high-quality photos and videos at internal and external events for marketing and promotional use.


• Edit media content for social platforms, websites, and newsletters.


• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted promotional assets that support lead generation.


• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.


• Support in managing and growing our digital presence (social media, email campaigns, etc.)

What You Bring


• Strong visual design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.


• Basic photography and videography skills (bonus if you have your own gear).


• Experience with social media marketing and content scheduling.


• A creative eye and ability to turn ideas into engaging content.


• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
  • Competency in supporting Sales initiatives
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
