Role & responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling
  • Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or Excel.
  • Define project milestones and critical paths.
  • Progress Monitoring
  • Track daily/weekly progress and update schedules accordingly.
  • Compare actual vs planned progress to identify delays.
  • Resource Planning
  • Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement and execution teams.
  • Cost and Budget Control
  • Support in preparing project budgets.
  • Monitor cost against progress and report any variances.
  • Reporting and Coordination
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and update all stakeholders.
  • Delay Analysis & Recovery Plans
  • Identify reasons for delay and prepare mitigation/recovery schedules.
  • Support claims and extension of time (EOT) documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Must have experience in Civil, Industrial and Commercial Building

Gulf Experience is Mandatory
