Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Muscat, Oman - Onsite

Full-time

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities and government submissions.

Support management with any official correspondence or administrative requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and agencies.

Maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Support management with any official correspondence or administrative requirement.

Requirements:

Omani national.

Strong knowledge of Oman labor laws, visa, and immigration procedures.

Proven experience as a PRO in Oman (minimum 2–3 years (.

Experience in dealing with governmental entities.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Valid Omani driving license.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT or a related field.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and agencies.

Managing all government-related processes, company documentation, and employee legal formalities.

Assist with document translation, attestation, and legal paperwork when required.
