Driver Light Vehicle

• Operate company light and/or heavy vehicles safely and responsibly
• Transport staff, visitors, tools, materials, and supplies to site and camp locations as and when required
• Assist in delivering documents and parcels to offices, banks, etc. as and when the need arises
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure roadworthiness
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report defects or breakdowns immediately
• Maintain trip sheets, mileage records, and fuel logs
• Follow defensive driving practices and comply with speed limits and seatbelt rules.
• Support emergency transportation when required
• Ability to help out in office related work will be an added advantage
• Comply with ROP traffic regulations and company HSE requirements.
• Immediately report accidents, near misses, traffic violations, or unsafe conditions.
• Good knowledge of Oman roads and remote routes
• Defensive driving and hazard awareness
• Ability to communicate in English (preferred)
• Physically fit and reliable
• Valid Omani Driving License
• Minimum 5 years driving experience in Oman
Desired candidate should safely and efficiently transport personnel, materials, and equipment in and around Mahout and nearby remote project sites, in full compliance with Royal Oman Police (ROP) traffic laws, company HSE policies, and site safety requirements.
