Technical Lead-IBMB

Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.

Leads the technical design, development and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems

 Conduct module level work effort estimations and integrate for the whole system

 Estimates the impact of changes in requirements on time, cost and technical functions

 Develops, plans and manages implementation of activities for Projects

 Conduct system wide integration requirement analysis.

 Thoroughly understand the Requirements and Design.

 Use best practices and coding standards.

 Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback

 Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports.

 Clarify all unknown areas, which are communicated by the vendor team, from the customer.

 Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance and document components develop by self and others as per the requirements and detailed design

 Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing for the whole system

 Conduct configuration and team management of own work.

 Assist Department head / Project Lead/PM/BA in project coordination.

 Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the project Manager

Functional Domain expertise

Experience in cards, Digital payments, ATM, CDM, MFK, payment gateway

 Trade finance

 Corporate loan facility & Origination

 Digital wealth Management

 Omnichannel, Mobile banking, Online transaction banking (B2B).

Required Knowledge and Skills

 10+ Years of relevant industry experience.

 Good knowledge of the company product development lifecycle and the process tools.

 Good knowledge of design patterns

 Sound industry trends awareness.

 Good knowledge of , web services , , VB 6.0, C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, OOA and OOD Concepts)

 Sound Proficiency with Microsoft .NET/ Java technologies

 SQL, Major RDBMS (Oracle) / OO Techniques, data modeling

 Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks

 Sound communication skills.

 Sound time management skills.

 Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.

 Sound interpersonal and team working skills.

 Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.

Proven track record to solve problems with complexity

General Responsibilities

Builds understanding of industry trends and contributes to the development of standards and practices for areas of domain expertise

 Own one or more modules of the project under development

 Provide L3 support and enhancements as necessary

 Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Architect

 Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.

 Maintain high team morale.

 Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.

 Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.

 Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.

 Pay high attention to detail in all work.

 Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables

Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements

Education and Professional Qualifications

Bachelor degree and postgraduate qualification in Computer Sciences/Software development or equivalent, or relevant experience
