Key Responsibilities

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff, monitoring their performance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Oversee the cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.

Inventory Control:

Manage and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other consumables, reordering them as needed and ensuring they are not wasted.

Guest/Resident Satisfaction:

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure that all staff follow proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and regulations, including handling cleaning chemicals safely.
