Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Muscat. The Sales Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure that sales targets are met. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, team supervision, and target setting
  • Proven ability in developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using sales management software
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
