As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to ensure our documents are well-managed, secure, and compliant with company standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and control the flow of all project documentation within the organization (soft and hard copies). Establish and maintain document control systems and procedures across departments. Ensure that all documents are properly categorized, stored, and easily retrievable. Monitor document versions, revisions, and approvals in alignment with company policy. Liaise with HR, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to collect, review, and distribute required documentation. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. Prepare reports, trackers, and document status summaries for management. Ensure compliance with Classera's document retention and archiving policies. Support audits by providing accurate and timely documentation as requested. Train internal teams on document management best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in document control, administration, or records management (preferably in IT, EdTech, or project-based environments). Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and document management software (e.g., ZenATS, ERP, or equivalent). Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills Familiarity with ISO standards or other quality management frameworks. Experience in a multi-country environment (MENA focus). Knowledge of HR and project documentation processes.
