Review various original vouchers to ensure their authenticity, legality, and completeness.

Prepare accounting entries based on reviewed and error-free original vouchers, ensuring accurate accounting entries.

Responsible for recording the general ledger, and regularly reconcile detailed accounts with the general ledger to ensure consistency between accounts.

Responsible for verifying and clearing accounts receivable and payable, conducting regular reconciliations with business partners, promptly collecting outstanding payments, and ensuring the clarity and accuracy of accounts.

Organize, bind, and archive accounting documents such as accounting vouchers, ledgers, and reports, and properly preserve them according to the prescribed retention periods.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting or financial management.

More than three years of work experience, with experience in taxation and financing preferred.

Proficient in using accounting software, with experience in Oracle or SAP preferred.

Possession of a certain level of professional accounting qualification certificate is preferred.
