Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business through customer approaches defined by local sales KPIs.
  • Plan future new business development in advance using prospect listings.
  • Manage RFQ response documents for Contract Logistics Business.
  • Maintain accounts and new business approaches in C-view.
  • Generate reports aligned with position requirements.
  • Cross-sell activities within the department.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Contract Logistics teams.
  • Focus on winning and keeping profitable business.
  • Develop procedures for RFQ and new business submissions.
  • Manage financial forecasts and cost projections for new business submissions.
  • Presentation preparation for regional presentations.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling existing customers to develop account potential.
  • Manage commercial activities for defined vertical groups of customers.
  • Represent the company's policies to clients defined as "Strategic Accounts".
  • Develop SOPs for strategic accounts with General Manager, Operations Manager, and internal colleagues.
  • Sales presentations to customers and business communities.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Charismatic and confident personality with exceptional work ethic.
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures.
  • Pressure management skills.
