Job Title: Senior BMS Presales & Implementation Engineer

Job Location: Muscat-Oman

The Senior BMS Presales & Implementation Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and commercial solutions for BMS projects, coordinating with the sales team, clients, consultants, and contractors, and leading the commissioning of BMS systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with the sales team to meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss BMS requirements and prepare RFQs.
  2. Coordinate with principles to obtain technical and commercial information on BMS products and solutions.
  3. Prepare technical and commercial solutions for BMS projects, including data point schedules, compliance statements, control schematic drawings, system architecture drawings, sequence of operations, method statements, O&M manuals, and customer training manuals.
  4. Coordinate with the commissioning engineer for ongoing projects and lead the project in a professional manner.
  5. Lead onsite commissioning of the BMS to ensure full operation as per functional description and specification, including fault finding and problem-solving on technical issues as they arise.
  6. Plan schedules for preventive maintenance and annual maintenance contracts (PM-AMC).
  7. Provide technical direction to sales and project team members.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in the BMS industry, with a focus on Schneider Electric EBO solutions.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems, including hardware, software, and communication protocols.
  4. Excellent project management and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
