
Public Relations Officer

Location: Muscat – Oman
Responsibilities:- Facilitate and support registration with the tax department, municipality license, and lease agreement related to the office space of the Branch.
- Facilitate and support work permits, residency, visas, and immigration-related documentation, including final arrangements.
- Prepare letters of invitation and obtain required attestations.
- Schedule staff visas, medical appointments, and coordinate with internal and external departments.
- Coordinate collecting all necessary documentation for visas and permits to be processed by the Oman Branch.
- Support staff queries regarding visas, passports, and related matters.
- Ensure all visas, medical, and labor permits are up to date and arrange for timely renewals.
- Assist human resources with inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
- Provide office administrative and HR support as required.
- Handle public relations tasks, including machine inspections, machine registration, signboard approvals, and CR paper updates.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Immediate Manager and Management.
- Graduate or relevant college diploma holder.
- Experience: 5+ years, preferably in the same industry.
- Omani national (Required).
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Required).
- Oman driving license (Required).
- Own vehicle (Required).
