Job Title: Public Relations and Administration Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations and Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating registration processes, coordinating staff visa scheduling, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Registration and Compliance

Ensure all visas, medical, and labor permits are current and arrange timely renewals. Gather and manage documentation required for visas and permits processed by the Oman Branch.

  1. Staff Support and Visa Coordination

Coordinate staff visa scheduling, medical appointments, and liaise with internal and external departments. Assist with work permits, residency, visas, and immigration documentation, including final arrangements.

  1. Documentation and Correspondence

Prepare letters of invitation and obtain necessary attestations. Gather and manage documentation required for visas and permits processed by the Oman Branch.

  1. Office Administration and HR Support

Provide office administrative and HR support as required. Assist HR with general labor and immigration inquiries.

  1. Public Relations and Machinery Support

Support public relations activities, machinery inspections, registration, signboard approvals, and CR paper updates.

Requirements
  • Omani nationality (Required)
  • Graduate or relevant college diploma holder
  • Over 5 years of experience, preferably in the same industry
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (Required)
  • Oman Driving License (Required)
  • Own vehicle (Required)
