We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Software Delivery Manager to lead our software development team in delivering high quality products and innovative solutions The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing software delivery lifecycles hands on expertise with various software frameworks and tools and familiarity with emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence AI and Machine Learning ML

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end to end software delivery processes from planning through to deployment and support
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product requirements delivery timelines and technical strategies
  • Drive team performance through effective project management mentorship and agile best practices
  • Maintain hands on awareness of current software frameworks development tools and technologies
  • Evaluate and incorporate AI ML tools and applications where applicable to enhance product capabilities
  • Monitor project progress and address bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Champion best practices in software development quality assurance DevOps and continuous integration continuous delivery CICD
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including technical and nontechnical audiences

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience 10 years in software delivery leadership with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong technical background with hands on experience in modern software development frameworks eg Java NET Python Nodejs and tools eg Git Docker Jenkins
  • Experience managing agile development teams and using project management tools eg Jira Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with AI ML platforms frameworks eg TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn and their practical applications
  • Excellent problemsolving organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong proficiency in DevOps culture practices and tools including CICD pipelines automation containerization infrastructure as code and collaboration between development and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud platforms eg AWS Azure GCP
  • Background in product development or startup environments
  • Certification in Agile Scrum or Project Management eg PMP CSM
