Job Description
  • Responsible for store operations during the shift, including managing staff, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, and picking and packing orders.
  • Assist the Store Supervisor in managing all store operations, such as staff selection, shift scheduling, and routine maintenance.
  • Support inventory management by ensuring effective stock control, conducting stock takes and cycle counts as per schedule.
  • Ensure accurate inbound receiving of orders according to policies and SOPs.
  • Oversee outbound processes to ensure efficient and accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
  • Monitor fulfillment processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Assist in implementing actions related to store shrinkages.
  • Supervise hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards, ensuring high customer service levels.
  • Discuss issues with the Store Supervisor and propose solutions.
  • Conduct daily or weekly meetings with staff to align targets and address issues, especially in the absence of the Store Supervisor.
