Job Duties and Qualifications

Under broad direction, designs and implements HR processes focused on one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, or HR Information Systems. Responsible for complex projects designed to provide solutions that are highly competitive, creative, and aligned with business goals and objectives. Utilizes advanced program knowledge and experience, along with a strong overall business acumen, to provide consultative and subject matter expertise to HR and business leaders across the organization. Analyzes and interprets HR data into meaningful recommendations and actions to drive strategic value for the organization. May provide guidance, training and coordinate work of less experienced specialists. Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 6 years of experience. Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
