The Client:

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing FMCG brand recognized for its innovation and operational excellence in Oman and across the region. We are looking for a highly capable HR Manager to fortify their organizational framework, build strategic HR processes, and drive performance-led initiatives.

The Role:

As the HR Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that support organizational growth and efficiency. You will work closely with leadership to define policies, align KPIs, and develop systems that foster a high-performance culture. Your role will span across policy creation, talent strategy, performance management, and incentive planning.

  • Design, review, and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives and regional labor laws.
  • Create clear and comprehensive job descriptions to ensure effective recruitment and role clarity.
  • Develop and roll out performance management systems to support employee growth and accountability.
  • Cascade company KPIs across departments to align teams with organizational goals.
  • Establish an authority matrix to streamline decision-making and accountability at all levels.
  • Design and manage bonus and incentive schemes that reward performance and support employee motivation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to management on workforce planning and organizational structure.
  • Drive HR projects, such as employee engagement and culture initiatives, that enhance workplace experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in the FMCG or a fast-paced consumer-focused industry.
  • Strong expertise in HR policy development, performance frameworks, and talent strategy.
  • Proven ability to design and implement KPI systems, authority matrices, and incentive plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
  • Experience managing complex HR functions and aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • A detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • As per the localization requirement of the government, only local candidates would be eligible for this role.
