Position: Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, organizing, and coordinating teams and tasks. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage resources effectively and communicate with stakeholders.

Requirements: Experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, effective communication, ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Physical stamina and on-site work capability are essential. Fluency in Nepali is preferred but not required.

Compensation: Starting at $1600 per month, with potential bonuses based on project success. Accommodation may be provided if necessary.
