As a seasoned technology leader, you will be responsible for driving the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks, and maintaining quality standards.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging technical strategy with execution, guiding teams, and managing infrastructure in line with scalability and redundancy needs.

The successful candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies and technical team leadership, as well as strong knowledge of OutSystems infrastructure, services, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards
  • Lead development teams and implement architectural best practices
  • Manage project initiation, planning, and resource allocation
  • Proactively conduct risk assessments and escalate issues where needed
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
  • OutSystems Associate Tech Lead and Platform Ops Certifications
  • PMP or similar certification (an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
