Job Description
Business Development

• Execute tasks related to company incorporation and application of various permits, clearances, and licenses.
• Provide guidance and support to customers.
• Implement follow-up procedures to manage customer accounts.
• Facilitate communication between customers and relevant authorities.
• Follow up with customers and authorities to ensure timely receipt of permits and licenses.
• Respond promptly to customer requests, problems, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Company PROs regarding OSS department matters to complete pending tasks.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Commercial Strategy in alignment with OSS requirements.
• Ensure the cascading of company and OPAZ strategies into business plans for alignment across departments.

Strategy Development and Implementation

• Implement the Commercial Strategy in line with SIP Group's vision, mission, and objectives.
• Share the strategy with interfacing departments.

Regulatory Compliance and Investor Relations

• Stay updated with relevant regulations and policies affecting investors.
• Communicate regulatory requirements clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise management accordingly.
• Collaborate with authorities and legal teams to ensure compliance.
• Guide investors through regulatory processes to ensure timely permits and licenses.

People Management

• Prepare and discuss performance contracts, conduct reviews, and sign-offs.
• Participate in team and departmental meetings.
• Join project teams and contribute to achieving objectives through performance and leadership.

Departmental Housekeeping and Extra Tasks

• Maintain an organized workspace and proper documentation.
• Assist in reports, presentations, and departmental events.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to policies.

Budgets and Plans

• Plan tasks and projects effectively with the line manager.
• Execute projects within budget and timeline, maintaining accurate records.

Customer Service

• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain professional communication and monitor satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality service.
• Support the development of customer service procedures and maintain records.
• Promote a customer-centric culture and participate in review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and provide information on procedures to clients.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field.
• Fresh graduate acceptable.
• Understanding of stakeholder relationship management, lead generation, sales, negotiation, and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of contract management, project management, feasibility studies, and business case development.
• Familiarity with port and free zone industry.
• Ability to multi-task and IT proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
