Job Description

As an Outlet Manager, you are responsible for effectively managing all activities within the restaurant and bar, to ensure optimal results across all facets of the operation, in line with Departmental targets, policies, and procedures.

Skills
  • Supervise good customer service and serve Guests according to Hotel standards to ensure Guest satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and propose training plans to maintain service standards.
  • Plan and conduct on- and off-job training monthly to achieve service standards and staff knowledge.
  • Attend daily briefings or meetings and ensure proper communication to the team for guest inquiries.
  • Involve in outlet promotional activities and create new promotions to attract Guests and meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare duty rotas based on forecasts to ensure adequate manpower.
  • Evaluate team performance and initiate promotions or internal transfers.
  • Resolve Guest complaints directly or consult with the restaurant manager to maintain Guest satisfaction.
  • Train personal grooming standards and monitor weekly checklists to maintain professional appearance.
  • Monitor hygiene and cleanliness standards and upkeep of all service equipment as per Hotel standards.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect guests' and employees' health and safety, and conserve the environment.
  • Comply with the hotel's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
