Job Overview

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Housekeeping Coordinator arranges and assists in daily housekeeping operations, manages maintenance of all room keys and auxiliary locks, ensures cleaning tasks are carried out effectively, and performs administrative duties such as preparing paperwork, maintaining staff records, assigning cleaning tasks, and taking inventories. The role also involves effective communication with both external and internal guests.

Qualifications
  • Ideally holds a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as an administrative or coordinator role.
Skills
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English (writing and speaking).
