Position Overview

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for the efficient operation of the department, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The role involves coordinating daily housekeeping activities, maintaining security of room keys and auxiliary locks, ensuring cleaning tasks are properly executed, handling administrative duties such as paperwork, staff records, task assignments, inventories, and communicating effectively with both guests and staff.

Qualifications
  • Ideally holds a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrative or Coordinator role.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English (writing and speaking).
