Job Overview

The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the housekeeping department. They are responsible for arranging and assisting in daily housekeeping operations, managing maintenance of all room keys and auxiliary locks, and ensuring cleaning tasks are carried out effectively.

Additionally, the coordinator performs administrative duties such as preparing paperwork, maintaining staff records, assigning cleaning tasks, and taking inventories. Effective communication with both external and internal guests is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate holds a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as an administrative or coordinator role.

Skills

  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English (writing and speaking).
