Oracle EBS Financial Technical Consultant

Hiring: Oracle EBS Financial Technical Consultant (Bilingual – English/Arabic)

Experience Level: Senior Consultant (8+ years)

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience across Oracle development tools and a good understanding of Oracle Financial modules. This role is for a government sector project, and requires fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation: design docs, migration specs, interfaces, deployment guides (Arabic & English).
  • Build and support custom solutions using:
    • Oracle APEX
    • Oracle SOA Suite
    • Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
    • Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher
    • Oracle Workflows
  • Handle integrations with internal/external systems (banking, Hyperion, analytics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in testing phases and provide go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, CM, etc.).

Must-Haves:

  • 8+ years of Oracle EBS technical experience.
  • Proficient in APEX, OAF, SOA, PL/SQL, BI/XML Publisher, Forms/Reports, Workflow.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials architecture.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation in both Arabic and English.
  • Familiar with Oracle OUM implementation methodology.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to public sector or government financial systems.
  • Understanding of compliance, controls, and data security in finance.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Able to handle high-demand, cross-functional environments.
  • Detail-focused with a drive for quality output.
