About The Job

The Duty Technician reports to the Duty Engineer.

As Duty Technician, your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining proper and safe conditions of all plant, plant rooms, equipment, and work areas.
  • Complying with all fire, life, health, and safety standards.
  • Being conversant with hotel emergency procedures.
  • Performing emergency response duties as required.
  • Maintaining personal presentation: clean, neat, and tidy.
  • Being courteous, professional, and service-oriented when dealing with guests, patrons, and staff.
  • Assisting guests, patrons, and staff as appropriate.
  • Undertaking specific duties and projects when assigned.
  • Supporting activity training programs.
  • Carrying out work in accordance with the hotel's planned maintenance program.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
