Overview

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for all transactional activities related to the Accounts Payable processes, such as invoice processing, payment processing, supplier and GL reconciliations, verification of vendor master data, controlled practices, and query resolution to deliver professional end-to-end service to customers.

Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering to KPIs and SLAs
  • Processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
  • Verifying vendor master data
  • Maintaining accurate records and history
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations as required
  • Performing general ledger reconciliations within financial timescales
  • Maintaining FCF targets and preparing monthly cash flow forecasts

Requirements for the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance role
  • Experience working in a large or publicly listed organization
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience consolidating multi-currency groups, preferably using Cognos
  • Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Ability to build and support teams
  • Driving continuous change and innovation
  • Effective communication skills
