Job Title: Indian Chef in Khasab

We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes using traditional cooking methods and high-quality ingredients. Your role will involve creating menus, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and preferably Hindi or Urdu

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus with new and innovative dishes
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all food items
- Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khasab, Oman
