We are seeking a visionary Senior Structural Engineer with 10+ years of progressive experience to lead our structural engineering initiatives and drive the implementation of our revolutionary new construction systems. WHAT YOU'LL DODesign and Innovation

Lead the structural design and analysis of complex construction projects utilizing both traditional and innovative construction systems. Your expertise in Reinforced Concrete (RCC) design, steel structural systems, and mixed construction methods will be essential as you develop solutions that optimize performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Technology Integration

Work with our research and development team to evaluate, test, and implement new construction technologies, materials, and methods. Your role will involve conducting feasibility studies, developing implementation guidelines, and ensuring seamless integration of innovative systems into our construction processes.

Project Leadership

Take ownership of structural engineering aspects for major construction projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing engineering deliverables, and ensuring that all structural designs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOREssential Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

·Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification

·Minimum 10 years of progressive structural engineering experience

·Extensive expertise in RCC design, steel structures, and mixed construction systems

·Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, etc.)

·Strong experience with AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit Structure, Tekla, etc.)

·Experience in Omani standards of design and Municipalities design regulations

·Reinforced Concrete Design: Comprehensive experience with conventional and advanced RCC systems including post-tensioned, precast, and high-performance concrete applications
