About The Job

The Bartender reports to the Food and Beverage.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Following the production sequence of all beverage products and bar service procedures.
  • Achieving service and product delivery standards with high client care and service quality.
  • Setting up and operating a bar station/section.
  • Providing services such as taking orders, promoting restaurant food and beverage offerings.
  • Recommending and preparing wine and creative cocktails for guests.
  • Coordinating the service of food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
  • Reporting and following up on maintenance issues affecting service delivery.
  • Responding proactively to guest queries with effective communication.
  • Performing all duties related to opening/closing checklists.
  • Performing other duties as required by the Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
  • Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly inventory.
  • Managing cash float and cashiering duties.
  • Maintaining and ordering store requisitions.
  • Ensuring stock rotation.

As a Bartender, we expect from you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • At least 1 year of bartending experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and deliver superior customer service.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Effective verbal communication skills in English.
