Pool Bar Supervisor

The Pool Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a pool bar in a resort or hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the pool bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service to guests. Ensure that all beverages and light food items are prepared and presented according to brand standards.
  • Guest Experience: Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and a personalized experience. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise bartenders, servers, and barbacks to ensure high levels of performance. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Financial Performance: Drive beverage sales through effective upselling and engaging presentation. Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability of the outlet.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a bar or poolside F&B management role.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage trends, and guest service. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
