Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

 

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at our hotel. This role involves managing restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering services with the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet services.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve service excellence and revenue goals.
    • Hire, train, and develop F&B staff, including performance evaluations and ongoing coaching.
  • Business Development:
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure menu quality, pricing, and cost control.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and special events to drive revenue.

 

Requirements:
  1. Education:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Experience:
    1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial F&B role, preferably in a Restaurant or Hotel setting.
  3. Skills and Qualifications:
    1. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    2. Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
    3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and service standards.
    4. Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Personal Qualities:
    1. A passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development.
    2. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
