Position: Electrical Inspector

Location:Muscat, Oman

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough electrical inspections of various projects to ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and specifications.
• Identifying and reporting electrical deficiencies and non-conformities.
• Reviewing electrical designs, drawings, and documentation.
• Witnessing and approving electrical tests and commissioning activities.
• Preparing comprehensive inspection reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborating with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve electrical issues.
• Ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. Electrical) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as an Electrical Inspectoror in a similar role within the electrical construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international and local electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, relevant Omani regulations).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, testing, and safety procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferable:

• Candidates with hotel experience will be preferred
