Muscat, Muscat, Oman MCA Gulf - Audit, Tax, Consulting & Corporate Services Full time

Qualification: Qualified or Semi-Qualified (CA/ACCA or equivalent)

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide VAT and Corporate Tax advisory and compliance support.
  • Independently manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely responses.
  • Prepare proposals and engagement letters tailored to client requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor subordinates; oversee day-to-day administrative functions within the team.
  • Ensure timely coordination with other departments for seamless project execution.
  • Review and finalize working papers and audit reports in line with applicable standards and internal guidelines.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead and execute both internal and external audits across diverse industries

Key Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Oman VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong grounding in audit and assurance, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/audit software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset.
