Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key inputs to the Commercial Department, including cost and staff certification information for proposals and project planning. This involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submission of relevant documents.

Main Responsibilities
This role entails managing manpower deployment, certifications, and safety training. The ideal candidate will oversee the transportation of equipment and personnel to project sites, coordinating documentation and transactions related to equipment imports and exports. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain data and databases regarding employee project allocation, leave, and certifications.

Critical Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential requirements. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, is also required. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an Assistant role within technical departments, preferably in Operations or Engineering, is necessary for this position.

Key Performance Indicators
The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to provide accurate and timely information to the Commercial Department. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records. Their performance will be evaluated based on their ability to manage resources effectively, coordinate projects, and provide excellent support to project managers and department managers.
