To contribute to carrying out the day-to-day banking administrative matters, monitoring debt exposure of underlying entities, analyzing capital structure, reviewing cash forecasts, OIA's cash positioning reports, and entering treasury transactions to ensure the treasury's smooth operations and OIA's healthy cash flow position.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Assess, review, and ensure implementation of OIA entities' annual borrowing plan.
  2. Design and utilize quantitative models for analyzing costs and risks, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  3. Analyze business operations, financial performance, and operational structures to identify optimal debt structures.
  4. Assess cash flow positions of portfolio companies to determine funding requirements for long-term and working capital needs.
  5. Analyze and evaluate financial proposals from OIA entities across different currencies, markets, maturities, and transaction structures.
  6. Leverage understanding of bond valuation, hedging techniques, and structured lending products to optimize funding strategies.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other entities to ensure access to funding. Act as liaison with internal teams and external partners to address funding and financing needs.
  8. Assess entities' capital structures and develop strategies to optimize them, exploring different debt categories and structures.
  9. Assist in developing financial forecasts and monitor financial health to support proper financial management and strategic planning.
  10. Utilize financial modeling techniques and tools to support funding analysis and decision-making, including scenario analyses to assess impacts of financing decisions.
  11. Monitor and report on credit risks of OIA entities where applicable.
  12. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing required information for audit reports.
  13. Prepare reports on funding activities, financial analyses, and market insights to support decision-making and senior management reporting.
  14. Ensure compliance with Treasury Management policies and procedures, fulfilling procedural and legislative requirements.
  15. Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.
  16. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering best practices, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  17. Stay updated on leading practices in debt and treasury management to foster innovation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant field.
  2. Certifications such as CFA, CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA are preferred.
  3. 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Financial Services Sector.
