Commercial Manager – Facility Management

Leading FM company is looking for a Commercial Manager, experienced in Facility Management, to be based in Muscat, Oman.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to):
- Leading the commercial and contractual aspects of FM
- Preparing and issuing Contract correspondence
- Preparation, monitoring and updating of Variation schedule
- Preparation and review of Order of Costs
- Materials on Site assessments and reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Liaison with Consulting Engineer and Employer's Representatives wherever required
- Review of Contractor's Cost Proposals
- Agreement of Re-measurement methods
- Payment Recommendation of Monthly Statements/valuations
The successful candidate shall have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Facility Management
- BSc of HNC qualification or above
- Preferably at least 3 years GCC or International experience in a similar capacity
- Proven man management skills and experience
