Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of our housekeeping department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in coordinating administrative duties. Experience in hospitality or tourism management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring seamless execution of cleaning tasks.
  • Manage room keys and auxiliary locks, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare paperwork, maintain staff records, and assign cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management (ideal).
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role or coordination position.

  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
