Strategic Commercial Lead – Facilities Operations

A Commercial Manager is required to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of Facility Management. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for managing the commercial team. Key responsibilities include preparing contract correspondence, monitoring variation schedules, and reviewing contractor cost proposals.

Leading FM company is seeking a Commercial Manager experienced in Facility Management to be based in Oman. Reporting to the Operations Director, you shall be responsible for leading commercial and contractual aspects of FM.
