Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Royal Titan Group. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and overseeing food and beverage service to maintain high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Training staff
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
