Develops comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides and multimedia content, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date and aligned with learning objectives.

Conducts comprehensive evaluations on training effectiveness on the learning and development of key personnel through assessments, feedback and pre-established performance metrics.

Gathers and analyzes data to provide insights on the operational training needs of Infoline.

Conducts comprehensive analysis of various in-house training programs (i.e. virtual, face-to-face, hybrid, program intensity, program duration, etc.) and provides recommendations on most effective programs based on Infoline s operational training needs and industry best practices.

Monitors the performance of knowledge management initiatives and tools including but not limited to training programs, learning and development tools and technologies and knowledge transfer sessions on process improvements.

Supports the development and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate the delivery of training courses to personnel.

Contributes to the development of the annual Quality and Training plan in line with quality standards and Infoline s strategic direction.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide insights and a base for the development of quality awareness training programs in line with the Quality and Training annual plan.

Drafts various training related internal reports on request of the Management.

Utilizes data analytical tools, techniques and methods to obtain insights (e.g. survey development) on potential training and performance gaps and supports the development and implementation of corrective action plans.

Maintains detailed and accurate records of training programs / sessions, attendance and participant feedback to track individual and overall program effectiveness.

Performs other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Specifications (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience):

Bachelor s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field.

8 years of experience in training and development or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Arabic).
