Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Training Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that promote safe work practices, environmental awareness, and regulatory compliance across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Development:
    • Develop and implement training programs and curricula that meet industry standards and organizational requirements.
  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on HSE topics, including workplace safety, risk management, emergency response, environmental sustainability, hazardous materials handling, and compliance with regulations.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Assess trainees' knowledge and skills through tests, drills, and evaluations to ensure competency in HSE practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional capacity, is required. Hands-on experience in conducting safety training for various industries is essential.

Skills and Qualities:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance and knowledge retention.
  • Proficient in using training tools and technology, such as e-learning platforms and presentation software.

This role may involve both office-based and fieldwork training, including on-site inspections, simulations, and hands-on activities. Occasional travel may be required for conducting off-site training or working with different locations or clients.
