F&M Middle East è alla ricerca di un/a Project Manager da inserire presso la propria sede di Muscat, Oman.

Il/La candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • 8-10 anni di esperienza
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile o corso di studi affine
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
Descrizione del lavoro:
  1. Assicurarsi che il personale del team e i/le consulenti rispettino i loro obblighi in conformità con gli accordi con l'azienda, in termini di consegne e tempistiche.
  2. Segnalare all'azienda eventuali inadempienze.
  3. Rilevare e gestire efficacemente discrepanze, anomalie, conflitti e non conformità nell'esecuzione del lavoro del team, dei consulenti e dei fornitori.
  4. Riportare tali problematiche alla società, insieme alle soluzioni correttive proposte.
  5. Interfacciarsi direttamente con il cliente, salvo diversa indicazione della società.
  6. Mantenere un registro di tutta la corrispondenza, i rapporti e i documenti durante il progetto.
  7. Preparare rapporti settimanali e mensili per il cliente e la società, in conformità con i requisiti e le esigenze aziendali.
  8. Approvare o rifiutare tutte le fatture ricevute.
  9. Monitorare e garantire la presentazione tempestiva di tutti i documenti richiesti dal contratto.
  10. Esaminare i documenti da consegnare, emettere commenti e osservazioni per l'approvazione.
  11. Analizzare le richieste di variazione dei subcontraenti/appaltatori, valutando validità e impatto su costi e tempistiche.
  12. Mantenere registri aggiornati di tutte le variazioni contrattuali e di progetto.
  13. Raccomandare strategie di prevenzione e attenuazione dei reclami, per risolvere le controversie.
  14. Mantenere una documentazione accurata e completa di tutte le controversie, per eventuale uso in caso di arbitrato.

Il/La Project Manager agirà come rappresentante dell'azienda, con l'autorità di agire in suo nome e per suo conto su tutte le questioni relative al progetto.
