We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic F&B Attendant to join our Charm Thai Restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing prompt and courteous service.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
  1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  4. Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  5. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
  6. Restock supplies and ensure that all service areas are well-stocked.
  7. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  8. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  9. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  10. Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  11. Assist with special events and functions as needed.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to guests.
  14. Ensure that all guests have a memorable dining experience.
  15. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  16. Participate in training and development programs.
  17. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  7. Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  8. Positive attitude and a team player.
