We are looking for a Customer Experience Team Lead to join our team at Nada - ندى.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will oversee various aspects of sales support, including manpower, inventory, fleet, property, employee welfare, and government relations.
Main Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage employee transfers, vacations, and renewals, while enforcing attendance and leave policies.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, ensure Cold Chain compliance, and handle damaged or expired items.
- Vehicle Management: Oversee vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance, as well as manage accident reports and spare vehicles.
- Cold Store Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of cold stores and employee accommodations, adhering to warehousing standards.
- Employee Benefits: Provide support for employee needs, resolve compensation issues, and manage medical insurance and traffic penalties.
- Government Compliance: Facilitate timely permit renewal and coordinate with PRO on reports and employee violations.
