Job Title: SAP System Administrator

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1), both technical and functional.
  • Knowledge of core business processes: Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Production.
  • Experience with SQL Server or SAP HANA and reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
  • Familiarity with SAP B1 Studio, B1 Integration Framework (B1IF), and Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities for SAP B1 issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
Responsibilities
  1. Administer and support SAP systems, including user access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  2. Manage business applications and provide technical support to end users.
  3. Ensure compliance with IT policies, including change management and security protocols.
  4. Respond to helpdesk tickets related to SAP and critical business systems.
  5. Create and maintain procedures for SAP master data changes and data integrity.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades and issue resolution.
  7. Standardize application architecture across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
  8. Document system configurations and changes.
  9. Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of SAP and other enterprise applications.
  10. Conduct quality control for integrated third-party applications.
  11. Apply corporate standards to web applications, interfaces, and portals.
  12. Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP-related infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP B1 Certification and experience with SAP HANA.
  • Experience with multi-location SAP B1 environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and scripting languages like SQL or VBScript.
